Privacy policy

This policy explains how Mazoon Social, operated by Mazoon Software & Trading, collects, uses and protects data.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, mobile number if provided, and your password (hashed).
• Connected social accounts: when you connect an account (such as Facebook or Instagram) we receive, with your consent, access tokens and the page, profile, post, comment, message and insights data allowed by the permissions you granted.
• Content and files: posts, designs, images, videos and files you upload or create, and the business information you give the AI.
• Usage data: sign-in logs, IP address, browser type and credit usage.
• Billing data: plan, subscription dates and payments. We do not store card details; payment gateways process them directly.

How we use data

• To provide the service: publishing and scheduling, showing and replying to messages and comments, analytics and managing ads at your request.
• To generate content with AI at your request, based on your business information.
• For billing, support, account communication and protecting the platform from abuse.

Data from social platforms is used only to provide the service to you and in line with those platforms' policies (including the Meta Platform Terms). We do not sell your data, do not use it to advertise for third parties, and do not use your data or content to train AI models.

Who we share data with

• The social platforms themselves, when publishing, replying or managing ads on your behalf.
• AI providers, only to process generation requests, choosing providers that do not train on the data.
• Infrastructure providers: hosting, cloud storage (Amazon Web Services), email and payment gateways.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Security and retention

Access tokens are stored encrypted and files are kept in private, non-public storage. We keep data while you use the platform; it is deleted when you delete your account or workspace, or — for a social account's data — when you disconnect it.

Your rights

You can view and edit your data in your account settings, disconnect any social account at any time and delete your account entirely. See the data deletion page.
