By using Mazoon Social, operated by Mazoon Software & Trading, you agree to these terms.
The service
The platform lets you connect social accounts, create content with AI, schedule and publish, and manage conversations and ads. Features are added over time and may change as third-party platform APIs change.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate information, for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account and the workspaces you own or manage.
Acceptable use
- Follow the policies of every social platform you connect, and applicable laws.
- Do not use the platform for spam, misleading, abusive or unlawful content, impersonation, or trademarks and images you have no right to use.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI-generated content
The AI suggests content; you review and approve it before publishing and are responsible for it. We never publish or spend on ads without your approval.
Subscriptions and credits
- Subscriptions are monthly or yearly per plan and renew as shown when you subscribe.
- Plan credits renew monthly and unused ones do not roll over. Purchased extra credits do not expire while the account exists.
- Ad spend and WhatsApp message fees are paid directly to the platforms from your own accounts and are not part of the subscription.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party platforms, for those platforms restricting your accounts, or for campaign results.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
